With only a year of experience under his belt, SADFACETHUGGIN has already been making moves that have earned him rightful attention. Tracks like “STOP ACTING LIKE A BITCH!” feat. GOLDBRICK THIEVES, “#IKNOWYOUWANTITBABY” feat. Yeroc, and “ON MY GANG!” have reached impressive numbers for new artist. SADFACETHUGGIN credits a lot of the attention he’s received to his local audience. Coming from a highly populated area, the high school student said that his classmates would play his music at school.
While always a fan of the genre, and even making music from an earlier age, SADFACETHUGGIN got his inspiration from XXXTentacion after seeing him in concert. Artists of a similar stroke motivated him to commit to music. Since then he has taken his career more seriously by developing and writing incessantly; known to write up to 3 songs per beat, and later choosing the ‘best’. At just 17, the Texas native has performed with underground legend CHXPO, spending his summers mowing lawns to save for an opening slot.
Following his performance with CHXPO, he got into contact with DJ Syon who got him to open for Chris Travis during his WATERSZN Tour. By taking negatives from life and spinning then into audible positives, he has spent his debut year releasing music that defines him, and leaves room for listeners to relate. While no major projects are in the works for 2018, SADFACETHUGGIN will continue to steadily release music.
His first song of the year, kill. kill. kill. kill. kill., has already set the bar for what to expect this year. With new vocal styles, clean mixes, and his signature flow SADFACETHUGGIN proved that 2018 will be a shining year in his career.
