LIL TURK – lil baby w/ d1v (prod. jouce money)

Some say Lil Turk is still dancing somewhere in the streets of Sweden.

Everything about Lil Turk is infectious. In his newest track “lil baby,” the dxd member exhibits an intensely fun, upbeat attitude, and it rubs off on you quickly. Put simply, this song makes you feel like dancing around without a care in the fucking world. Turk’s sheer joy and excitement is translated without saying much beyond; “That’s my lil baby!” and  “Yeah!,” and I wouldn’t have it any other way. As he goes on to say. “Oh you wanna hate me? That’s okay with me.” He clearly doesn’t feel the need to appease anyone. That being said, If you’re looking for more emotionally heavy themes, just wait for D1V’s feature verse. The contrast between the two artist’s performance in both lyrical content and vocal delivery is stark enough to create intrigue, but similar enough to remain cohesive.

Jouce Money’s production on “lil baby” is as clean as it comes. Icy, candy coated synths float in the background, while glittering hats and bells subtly roll around the stereo field. 808’s bounce and flirt with you in between crisp, snapping claps and kicks. It’s a perfect fit for Turk.

Lil Turk has much more to offer the world, as he recently released his debut music video for the song, “Drippin in Kappa” on Youtube (though host FRAXILLE). Watch him, and let him show you his perspective. Some say Lil Turk is still dancing somewhere in the streets of Sweden. You should be excited for his future.
