Outdressing your peers is a large component of any music scene. In our “Fits of the Week” segment, we pick our five favorite outfits of the week and compile them all into one list.
1) Mirsy – @marisashirar
Black, grey and red, this utilitarian casual look by LA-based musician, Misry, pairs pleated hi-rise workwear pants with classic vans and a statement piece crop top. The positive message, “voice your opinions” is embedded within the traditionally hardcore/metal type artwork screenprinted on her shirt for an encouraging, everyday look.
2) Starfoxlaflare – @starfoxlaflare (photo by @coughs)
LA-based musician, Starfoxlaflare, was caught modeling this rad new supergraphic collection for Damage Group x Eros Mortis this week. The bold typography plays off the large scale checkerboard print and ties in with the iconic Home Depot logo from classic racing jackets to create a super chill two piece set.
3) Kelsey R – @whatevernbd
Custom puff paint DIY queen and Depop mogul, Kelsey R aka @whatevernbd, was spotted wearing this super cute tiger print dress from Indyanna Fansion. Heavily adorned with bright artist pins and layered with a split-color collared shirt, this look gives off playful tropical safari vibes.
4) Speeder Parker (Luke Lauren) – @lukeywhereyabeen
New York based artist, Speeder Parker aka Luke Lauren, was seen wearing this soft, street savvy denim look featuring custom patch pants from World Clothing (@w0rldclothing). The medium wash of the denim compliments the pale pink, navy blue and red for a highly comfortable and fresh neo-Americana look.
5) Black Kray – @sickboyrari16
Bubble coats are all the rage this season and underground legend, Black Kray, copped this super fly colorblocked puffer from Ralph Lauren. Paired with some Goth Money merch and standard black skinny jeans, the bold yellow, green, blue and orange colorways give off a primary, citrus type feel.
