Gizmo – “Symbiote (prod. Dutchman)” Music Video

After the December release of “Symbiote (prod. Dutchman)”, a song that will be featured on his forthcoming album Venom, Gizmo has shared its music video; teaming up with 2400K and John Osterman. Intense, in your face, and confident, “Symbiote” has joined a league of striking visuals released by the underground vet, including “Troll Under the Bridge“, “Common Sense“, and “Elephant”. A sure sign that Venom will be a standout project, the song itself is one that epitomizes the energy of Gizmo; A tribute to his grind and superiority among the sea of up and comers.  In true Gizmo fashion, he pairs this energy with his heavy, dark vocal stylings over a Dutchman production. It would only be expected that Symbiote’s visual would embody his grimey lyrical prowess. The industrial feel of the graffiti ridden train station gives Gizmo the perfect setting to play with his intimidating lyrics, and provides a playground of sorts. From hanging upside down on trains to climbing and headbanging among the art covered concrete Gizmo oozes energy. The editing only enhances this energy, by providing a distorted, contrasting color story that plays well with the setting. Further, choppy jump cuts to the differing clips offers a 360 perspective to match the vehemence of the song.  Gizmo has set the tone for Venom, proving that he continues to evolve even after years of progress. “Symbiote” is a testimony to Gizmos force, power, and talent.
