In the underground, we appreciate those who display a strong sense of style. In our “Fits of the Week” segment, we pick our top five favorite outfits of the week and compile them into one list.
1) Zerow & Rojoxoxo (@zzzer0w & @rojoxoxo)
Seattle-based co-founders of underground event series, Katakomb, Zerow and Rojoxoxo were spotted looking like the relationship goals all flexxed up in these outfits on Monday. Zerow is fitted out in the high visibility neon yellow construction longsleeve with 3M reflective taping and classic workwear utilitarian Carhartt black overalls for a highly practical look. Rojoxoxo looks like an ultra-babe in a fire red and black plaid gothic zip up dress. With lots of small details including a matching-fabric belt and additional zippers, it matches her heavy duty black leather boots with red laces. Also, check out their nails because they might have even shared the same polish.
2) Bootychaaain (@auntyokaaay)
Draped up in a classic yet super comfortable fit, musician Bootychaaain is all dolled up in this black and white high contrast look. The tiny black cinch-neck crop tanktop provides a nice scale shift when paired with her oversized raw hem white cutoff pants. The solid black socks, sneakers, and minimal belt are quiet accessories to leave room for her amazing fiery orange and yellow hair which has been tied into a high ponytail creating a sleek look, especially when topped off with elegant tiny sunglasses. Shoutout to Black Kray lurking in the background.
3) Smrtdeath (@sloppymakeout)
Arguably the best-dressed member of the underground scene, it’s no surprise that Canadian musician Smrtdeath was spotted in multiple advanced level looks this week. This outfit in particular consists of some awesome tricked out custom DIY distressed patch black skinny jeans by Problemboy (@problem6oy) and a vintage tshirt from Second Marriage (@secondmarriagevintage) which features a rad black green and white tribal graphic. The red reaper patch on his pants matches his red bracelet and iconic hair. His broken heart razor blade and sick “S” necklace are designed by online retailer, SoWet (@sowet69). The classic black belt is draped up with an industrial-grade silver wallet chain and the entire outfit is tied together with a pair of fresh white high top sneakers.
4) Lil West (@lilwestbb)
Delaware-based musician Lil West was seen rocking a heartcore aesthetic this week in this allover bold heart print button up shirt. His black and red graphic Chicago Bulls sneakers match well and are paired with distressed black skinny jeans. The highly chill loverboy-type look is topped off with fly gold rimmed glasses, a gold chain, bracelet and pinkie ring for set of coordinated accessories.
5) Fats’e (@youngburial)
Decked out in a contemporary gothic motorcycle casual type look, emo musician Fats’e, looks extra cool in this fitted black leather jacket. The tiny silver embellishments on his shoulders match the vertical silver sippers on the legs of his black skinny jeans. The neutral tan t-shirt softens the look a bit, matching his calm demeanor and the tucked-in styling reveals a super rad next-level bright gold studded belt to complete the look.
