UU Fits of The Week: Sep 16-22, 2018

In the underground, we appreciate those who display a strong sense of style. In the “UU Fits of the Week” segment, we pick our favorite outfits of the week and compile them into one list.Callum Mullin

Adorned in a matching K-Way x Kappa fit, Callum Mullin shows us how to wear orange — and how wear it well. Contrasting the vibrant colors of the set with a blank white tee gives the outfit a clean appeal without color-clashing. The shoes featured in this photo go perfectly with the rest of the Kappa attire. The white ties in with the shirt and socks, while the navy blue accents compliment the orange. Callum did not forget to accessorize either, wearing a long gold chain with a ring to give the outfit an extra touch.

Elle Banes

If looks could kill, this fit would have a body count. Matching with the black-tee, Elle Banes is rocking a pair of I.AM.GIA vinyl parachute pants, tucked into mid-calf boots. The eye-catcher of this outfit is the two-toned trench coat Elle wears unbuttoned over her monochromatic fit. Contrasting the black, this blue and yellow trench coat pulls the entire uniformed look together. Elle also wears a couple of chains to accessorize her overall appearance.UFO Hendrix

This week, UFO Hendrix brings a fit that is the perfect combination of messy and minimal. On top he wears a vibrant yellow graphic tee, contrasting against his black, cargo-style pants and sneakers. Hendrix’s choice in accessories is a staple to this fit. He wears a thick lock-and-chain necklace, accompanied by arm cuffs and silver rings. Around his waist he wears a double-buckled belt, layered with a patent leather fanny pack. This complete look is perfect for everyday wear — comfortable, yet still fashionable.Bloody Osiris

Bloody Osiris is bringing the heat with this two-toned neon outfit. Being in Milan, a city known for fashion, this look fits the part while still turning heads. Bloody rocks a vibrant green Prada bucket hat, matching a pair of classic Nike sweats. To compliment the green, he chooses a red and black windbreaker, enhancing the athleisure aesthetic. Bloody Osiris wears white on his feet — a good choice to give the outfit a cohesive look and prevent color-clashing. Overall, the fit gives off a clean retro vibe, taking it back to 90’s era hip-hop fashion.Keagan Hoffman

Underground designer, Keagan Hoffman, embodies the modern-day ‘goth’ aesthetic with this cohesive, minimalist outfit. Dressed in a classic black-and-white color combination, Keagan stunts in a graphic tee tucked into a pair of white distressed jeans. The focal point of this fit is how Keagan uses accessories to finalize the goth-esque look. He wears a few long chains around his neck, as well as a studded belt with a large, cross-shaped buckle. To compliment the industrial-styled accessories, attached to the belt Keagan hung chains varying in length. On his feet, he wears his own custom shoes -— Old Skool Vans laced with ball chains.
