Dive into Ravenna Golden’s self directed visuals for “7th Grade”

Ravenna Golden killed it in her self-directed video for her recent release “7th Grade feat. Pritty”.

Produced by Dylan Brady and shot by Brendyn Gilbert, the scene is set at a backyard pool party somewhere in Los Angeles. Opening with King Ravy herself, the pop star launches into her punk-type ballad about a regretful split while remaining at a confident, iconic energy level throughout the entire video.

Ravenna’s high energy performance is complimented with an appearance by feature Pritty, whose talent proceeds to grab our attention as a familiar name amongst Dylan Brady’s past collaborators. Brady, who is also featured throughout the video, personifies his beat with energy and personality rivaling Ravenna’s.

While it’s safe to assume Dylan Brady will continue to work with both artists going forward, the video leaves us wanting more from Ravenna and Pritty. The two are equally powerful individually, and together make an impactful pair. Their dynamic in the video speaks for itself.

We’ve been well aware of Ravenna’s vocal talent and her distinct personality for awhile now, but when watching this video it becomes clear its the combination of these two that makes her such a rare find. Then adding directing such a perfect video for her song on top of that.. I’m convinced Ravenna is worth following as her career takes off.
